The staff was awesome. Especially the front desk. They called me by name every day I returned to the hotel, and they also asked me how my day was. The lady at the front desk, I think her name was Lucinda, was great and accommodated me with a couple of issues. I dropped my toothbrush on the floor and called the front desk to ask if they carried toothbrushes. She said yes, we do, and I will bring it up to you right away! I had a free breakfast with my stay, but because I did not use it, I was given dinner instead. Even the bartender called me by name and was very friendly during my entire stay.

Everything was beyond exceptional from the moment we walked in. The hotel smelled amazing like walking into a luxurious spa. The staff was exceptional & they upgraded us to a suite It was so sweet of them. I will stay here every chance I get when I come to Austin. I would give them a 20 out of 10. There is absolutely nothing I could say negative about this hotel. It’s perfect.

I loved everything with my stay at Cambria. The hotel was clean & smelled soo good, that I actually bought a fragrance from the hotel to use at home. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable about the Austin area, & welcoming. The bed was extremely soft, that I hated getting up in the mornings. Loved how spacious the room & the bathroom was plus a bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to Austin & highly recommend this hotel to other people.

Everything in the property was elegant and beyond for the price. Was more than I expected to spend my 11 year anniversary in Austin. Will definitely be back and I think I found my new hotel to stay.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The fitness room had a great variety of equipment, my favorite being the treadmills with video screens with many options for sceneries. The breakfast was good, particularly the fresh fruit.

I spent 2 nights at the hotel with the family and everything was great! Staff is friendly and very helpful. Room is large, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Which for me is very important since I have kids playing on the floor before they go to bed! Loved everything about it, location, free parking (which you will not find in downtown Austin), pool, staff... Hope they keep the hotel just the way it is for a long time!

The property was beautifully kept and the staff was wonderful! Loved the Bluetooth mirrors and the views from our rooms.
